nous sommes l’Association pour la Défense de l’Épargne et de l’Actionnariat des Salariés a été créée pour représenter et défendre les intérêts de tous les personnels actionnaires du groupe Orange (salariés, fonctionnaires et retraités), et des personnels actionnaires des autres opérateurs de télécommunications français.
En effet, les personnels détiennent près de 5% des actions de l’entreprise, les positionnant « second actionnaire » du groupe après l’État, qui en détient 27%.

L’ADEAS est un organisme d’échanges d’idées entre personnels, retraités, actionnaires et représentants de la direction.
Elle est force de propositions pour ce qui relève
- du développement de l’actionnariat et de l’épargne salariés,
- de la sauvegarde de l’entreprise et de ses emplois, et
- de la juste répartition des bénéfices entre travail et capital.
Elle œuvre pour favoriser l’accès à l’actionnariat salarié, et permettre à ces actionnaires « pas comme les autres » de contribuer au développement de l’entreprise comme à ses choix stratégiques.
Depuis 2013, l’ADEAS s’ouvre aux autres opérateurs de télécommunications français : les personnels actionnaires de ces opérateurs peuvent donc rejoindre l’ADEAS, échanger avec nous, et profiter de notre expérience en matière d’actionnariat salariés.
Afin de renforcer la légitimité de l’ADEAS, constituée de fait depuis 2008, l’association a été officiellement déclarée en préfecture le 1er octobre 2009.
