D’un côté, les organisations de l’économie dite “classique” doivent faire évoluer leurs modèles, mais elles rencontrent des freins internes (procédés, intérêts divergents) et externes (régulations macro, réglementation comptable).
De l’autre, les organisations de l’ESS doivent trouver de nouveaux moyens de pérenniser et déployer leurs actions dans un contexte économique et politique complexe, faisant face à un désengagement de l’Etat qui lui demande de faire plus d’impact avec moins de budget.
