Créée en 1993 et dirigée aujourd'hui par 2 de ses associés fondateurs, Anne-Charlotte Zanassi et Dominique Vitti, l’agence Philéas participe aux innovations de la fabrique de la ville et pose sa réflexion à l’échelle urbaine pour mieux y connecter le projet architectural avec tous ses enjeux sociaux et environnementaux.
