Flowcon France, is a conference for and by enthusiasts of the Lean and Agile French and European community, working for 10 years and having as a mission the promotion and sharing of flow culture.
Flow is at the heart of the concerns of organizations: modern agility practices, continuous value delivery, software crafts, product management, user experience, development of learning organizations and autonomous teams, leadership, decentralized management and corporate culture.

FlowCon, c’est une association loi 1901, constituée d’une équipe d’une quinzaine de personnes bénévoles évoluant dans les organisations, côtoyant les difficultés du terrain, passionnées par leurs métiers et attachées aux partages communautaires.
Proposer un contenu de qualité, en français et en anglais, délivré par des orateurs francophones et internationaux, afin de permettre à tous (débutants comme confirmés) d'apprendre, de partager, d'échanger dans un cadre chaleureux et convivial : voilà notre vocation.
