The yes! - Young Economic Solutions opens doors for the next generation ideas. Die Idee des YES!
Das YES! – Young Economic Solutions öffnet Türen für die Ideen der nächsten Generation. Es bietet Schüler:innen eine gemeinsame Plattform und die Werkzeuge für die Entwicklung von Lösungen für ökonomische, ökologische und gesellschaftliche Probleme. Die Jugendlichen übernehmen Verantwortung, sind die Stimme der nächsten Generation und diskutieren die globalen Herausforderungen der Gegenwart und Zukunft.
Denkanstöße der kommenden Generation
Die von ihnen eigenverantwortlich erarbeiteten Lösungen stellen die Schüler:innen im Rahmen des Schulkongresses YES! – Young Economic Solutions und bei Regionalfinalen der Öffentlichkeit vor. Im Diskurs mit hochrangigen Persönlichkeiten aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Politik und Zivilgesellschaft und anderen Schüler:innen schärfen sie dabei nicht nur ihren Blick auf globale Zusammenhänge, sondern erleben auch, dass sie nicht bloß Spielball der ökonomischen Realität sein müssen, sondern diese vielmehr eigenverantwortlich mitgestalten können.
Wir, das YES!-Team, sind davon überzeugt, dass Informationskompetenz, die Übernahme von Verantwortung und ökonomische Bildung unabdingbar für die Partizipation in der Gesellschaft von Heute und Morgen sind. Das YES! ermöglicht es der kommenden Generation, sich aktiv an der Lösungsfindung für Probleme zu beteiligen, die gerade sie am meisten betreffen werden.
Das YES! ist eine Projektkonstellation, die so in Deutschland einzigartig ist, denn die Schüler:innen entscheiden in einem demokratischen Prozess selbst, welche Lösungen nach dem YES! – Young Economic Solutions weiter verfolgt werden sollen.
Das YES! – Wegbereiter junger Ideen
Das gesamte YES!-Team und die zahlreichen Partner unterstützen die teilnehmenden Schulen auf dem Weg im Wettbewerb. YES! – Young Economic Solutions ist ein gemeinsames Projekt der ZBW – Leibniz-Informationszentrum Wirtschaft und der Joachim Herz Stiftung unter der Schirmherrschaft des Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz.
