The Chair of Philosophy at the Hospital and the University of Patients operate in "Creative Commons", by providing their work, to better invent the caregivers in sharing and the efficient alliance of humanities and health. Each hospital could thus develop a chair of philosophy (in the generic sense of the term, relating to the human and social sciences) devoted to the initial and continuous training of health actors, to research. Each medical faculty could develop a university of patients, making it possible to graduate of patients-experts and to initiate the reciprocal education of health actors; Each hospital, finally, could entrust patients to direct and organize a specific care service, benefiting from organizational governance and alternative care.
For what purpose, these different socio-therapeutic innovations? That of responding to the always renewed challenges to invent new models of solidarity. Depuis janvier 2016, la chaire de Philosophie à l’hôpital se déploie, après avoir été créée à l’Hôtel-Dieu de Paris, dans différents lieux hospitaliers et de soin, et aujourd’hui au sein du GHU-Paris, Psychiatrie et Neurosciences (Sainte-Anne, Maison Blanche, Perray-Vaucluse). Elle s’inscrit dans un programme de recherche, d’enseignement et d’expérimentation plus vaste encore, puisqu’il regroupe l’Université des patients (fondée et dirigée par le Pr. Catherine Tourette-Turgis, Sorbonne université, hôpital La Pitié-Salpêtrière), les différents partenariats (cf. écosystème) et la mise en place des POC (notamment avec LesSismo).
La chaire de Philosophie à l’hôpital et l’Université des patients fonctionnent en « creative commons », en mettant à disposition leurs travaux, pour mieux inventer la fonction soignante en partage et l’alliance efficiente des Humanités et de la santé. Chaque hôpital pourrait ainsi développer une chaire de philosophie (au sens générique du terme, relevant des sciences humaines et sociales) consacrée à la formation initiale et continue des acteurs de la santé, à la recherche. Chaque Faculté de médecine pourrait développer une Université des patients, permettant de diplômer des patients-experts et d’engager l’enseignement réciproque des acteurs de la santé ; chaque hôpital, enfin, pourrait confier aux patients le soin de diriger et d’organiser un service de soins spécifique, bénéficiant d’une gouvernance organisationnelle et des soins alternative.
Dans quel but, ces différentes innovations socio-thérapeutiques ? Celui de répondre aux enjeux toujours renouvelés d’inventer de nouveaux modèles de solidarité. S’ils sont pris au piège de la raréfaction des moyens, ils sont aussi rénovés par l’usage, alimentés par les nouvelles expertises des citoyens, des patients-experts, des industriels, des scientifiques, le tout dans un cadre de santé connectée.
