Norte Joven es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que trabaja desde 1985 para promover la integración social y laboral de personas en situación de desventaja, a través de la formación y de la sensibilización de la sociedad.
FORMACIÓN:
1. Nuestros alumnos aprenden un oficio:
Se forman como carpinteros, fontaneros, electricistas, cocineros o dependientes de comercio.
2. Se preparan para obtener el graduado en secundaria:
Norte Joven cuenta con autorización oficial para impartir Educación Secundaria para adultos. Nuestros alumnos aprenden las materias básicas (lengua, matemáticas, conocimiento del medio, inglés...) para la obtención del título oficial, que les abre puertas en el mercado laboral y les permite acceder a titulaciones de grado medio.
3. Acceden a un periodo de prácticas que les acerca a la realidad laboral y añade experiencia a su currículum.
El itinerario de inserción de Norte Joven es personalizado: se adapta a las circunstancias de cada alumno. Los objetivos propuestos son individuales, y el nivel de exigencia es diferente en cada caso.
Junto a la capacitación profesional y la formación cultural, Norte Joven trabaja para que el alumno adquiera habilidades y valores que favorecen su desarrollo personal y mejoran la relación con su entorno.
