En la Fundación Tecsos se unen la experiencia social de Cruz Roja Española con la excelencia tecnológica de la Fundación Vodafone España, con el objeto de resolver necesidades sociales y de mejorar las condiciones de vida de las personas y grupos socialmente desfavorecidos, mediante la aplicación de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicación, especialmente las móviles, y su desarrollo y utilización.
