Der Bundesverband der Arbeitsrechtler in Unternehmen e.V. (BVAU) ist die unabhängige, bundesweit tätige, branchenübergreifende und personenbezogene Vereinigung für Arbeitsrechtler in Unternehmen. Inzwischen sind im BVAU weit mehr als 700 Mitglieder u.a. aus (fast) allen DAX, MDAX, SDAX Unternehmen organisiert. Unsere Mitglieder gestalten das Arbeitsrecht im Unternehmen für inzwischen mehrere hunderttausend Arbeitsverhältnisse - tagtäglich!
Die Reputation der Fachdisziplin Arbeitsrecht, die Förderung der Arbeitsrechtler in Unternehmen als eine der wichtigsten Expertengruppen der deutschen Wirtschaft sowie ein homogener Wissenstransfer und Erfahrungsaustausch - etwa in Regional- und Themengruppen - bilden die Schwerpunkte der Tätigkeit des im April 2013 in Heidelberg gegründeten Verbandes.
