BTP CFA Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes have almost 500 employee spread over 13 locations throughout AuRA area. More than 6500 young students are welcome in our Formation Centers each years.
Our mission : account for the different needs of construction and public works companies with training future talents which want to carry the sector in the future.
We develop apprenticeship trainee, a performant model based on alterning between trainee at school and work in firms.
One of our ambition is to develop international sponsorships, as we ever did with a Denmark training school.

BTP CFA Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes emploie environ 630 salariés répartis sur l’ensemble des Centres de formation, qui accueillent chaque année plus de 8200 apprenant(e)s en formation.
Un Conseil d’Administration paritaire définit la politique régionale qui est mise en œuvre dans chacun des établissements. Il est épaulé par une instance locale : le Comité Paritaire de Suivi d’Etablissement (CPSE) qui permet de garder un lien fort et de proximité avec les activités économiques du terrain.
Notre mission : répondre aux besoins des entreprises du BTP en formant des jeunes qui souhaitent intégrer ce secteur professionnel et faire évoluer les compétences des salariés de la profession.
BTP CFA Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes développe des activités de formation par la voie de l’alternance sous contrats d’apprentissage ou de professionnalisation, et par différents dispositifs de formation continue.
