Germinder + Associates celebrated its 25th anniversary year in 2023. The firm is based in the New York City area and Kansas City, offering award-winning digital and traditional public relations and communications. We have proven experience in several niche vertical markets. Our firm was founded by strategist, influencer, and content developer Lea-Ann O'Hare Germinder, APR, Fellow PRSA who has worked in dozens of vertical markets and also created the innovative, "Pets Need Dental Care, Too!"​ the PRSA Silver Anvil Award of Excellence and AAHA Gold Key award-winning campaign that built the oral care category for pets.

She and her teams have delivered results for domestic and global clients in a number of vertical segments - pharma, pet food, travel, sporting goods, financial services, real estate, and food & beverage to name a few.

The agency team delivers programs and content via digital & social media platforms with traditional media and programs to achieve results. We offer content distribution via media, influencer programs, and our own Goodnewsforpets platform.
