La Fundación para la Diversidad en España, ha sido constituida para fomentar las políticas de igualdad, anti-discriminación y gestión de la Diversidad en España. El Charter refleja las Directivas del 2000 de la Comisión Europea que se van convirtiendo en legislación a nivel de cada uno de los estados miembros de la Unión.
Los objetivos del Charter son:
Promover la inclusión y antidiscriminación como mecanismo que mejora de la calidad de vida y de trabajo
Contribuir a la creación de innovación, eficacia para mejorar la sostenibilidad de las empresas en Europa .
