Created in 2020 in the Alpes Maritimes department, between Head aims to cover the national then international territory so that mutual aid is the key value in the business world.
We are actively looking for:
- business leaders who will dare to ask for help,
- "Entre-Head’Ants" to expand the ranks of volunteers,
- Sentinels, whistleblowers in professional organizations, unions to detect when a manager is discouraged.

La raison d’être de notre association à but non lucratif est de venir en aide au chef d’entreprise dans les problématiques qu’il peut rencontrer.
L’objectif est de rompre son isolement et lui redonner des perspectives.
Grâce à une équipe pluridisciplinaire bénévole composée de dirigeant(e)s en activité/en retraite, de coachs, de consultants spécialisés et de thérapeutes, nous offrons notre temps, une écoute, un éclairage, des recommandations, un soutien moral, un autre regard sur les difficultés que rencontrent les chefs d’entreprise.
Ayant aidé dans un premier temps les professionnels de l’immobilier, notre association propose désormais son soutien aux dirigeant(e)s issu(e)s de tout secteur d’activité confondu.
Nos valeurs fondatrices sont l’Entraide, l’Efficacité et la Confidentialité.
Notre approche est gratuite, sans engagement et confidentielle.
Créée en 2020 dans le département des Alpes Maritimes, Entre Head ambitionne de couvrir le territoire national puis international afin que l’entraide soit LA valeur clé dans le monde de l’entreprise.
Nous recherchons activement :
- des chefs d’entreprise qui oseront demander de l’aide,
- des « Entre-Head’ants » pour étoffer les rangs des bénévoles,
- des sentinelles, lanceurs d’alerte au sein d’organisations professionnelles, des syndicats pour détecter quand un dirigeant se décourage.
