The Blue Plan is a development center for development and the environment at the service of the 21 Mediterranean countries. Its main mission is to protect the Mediterranean basin by orienting the authorities for enlightened decision -making.

Le Plan Bleu est un centre d’expertise du développement et de l’environnement au service des 21 pays de la Méditerranée. Sa mission principale est de protéger le bassin méditerranéen en orientant les autorités pour des prises de décisions éclairées.
Le Plan Bleu est composé d'une équipe d’experts, en charge de produire de l’information et de la connaissance environnementale et socio-économique afin d’alerter les décideurs et acteurs sur les risques environnementaux et les enjeux de développement durable en Méditerranée, et de dessiner des avenirs pour le développement durable afin d’éclairer les processus de décision.
Agissant en tant que centre d'activités régional du Plan d'Action pour la Méditerranée (du Programme des Nations Unies pour l'Environnement), le Plan Bleu travaille en étroite collaboration avec un large réseau d’acteurs français et internationaux.
Implanté à Marseille, le Plan Bleu compte 5 activités principales :

- Soutenir et accompagner la transition vers des économies vertes et bleues
