Pro_MOV by Reskilling 4 Employment is the national program that fits in the European R4E initiative, designed by European Round Table for Industry (ERT), European Executive Forum whose mission is to promote competitiveness and prosperity in Europe, promoting the training of professionals for future jobs through requalification and integration into the labor market.
Pro_MOV began in 2021, led by Sonae, in collaboration with Nestlé and SAP, side by side with the public sector, through the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP), in close cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, Solidarity and Social Security. The Business Roundtable Portugal (BRP) Association and CIP, Portugal Business Confederation, are fundamental partners of the project, bringing it a scale through the entry of numerous Portuguese companies of the most varied sectors.
At this time the Pro_MOV ecosystem has over 120 companies in Portugal and 8 laboratories in action: agriculture, car, business intelligence, digital, Green Jobs, Industry, Health and Sales.

O PRO_MOV by Reskilling 4 Employment é o programa nacional que se insere na iniciativa europeia R4E, concebido pela European Round Table for Industry (ERT), fórum europeu de executivos cuja missão passa pela promoção da competitividade e a prosperidade na Europa, promovendo a formação de profissionais para os empregos de futuro através da requalificação e integração no mercado de trabalho.
O PRO_MOV teve início em 2021, liderado pela Sonae, em colaboração com a Nestlé e Sap, lado a lado com o setor público, através do Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional (IEFP), em estreita cooperação com o Ministério do Trabalho, Solidariedade e Segurança Social. A Associação Business Roundtable Portugal (BRP) e a CIP, Confederação Empresarial de Portugal, são parceiros fundamentais do projeto, trazendo-lhe escala através da entrada de inúmeras empresas portuguesas dos mais variados setores.
