HOBO se mobilise dans le but de faire émerger une Nouvelle Vision pour la Ville de Demain : une ville plus résiliente, sobre, désirable, mais aussi plus solidaire et accessible pour toutes et tous. Cette réflexion à divers échelles et contextes vise clairement un nouveau modèle de fabrication urbaine : nouvelles densités, programmation et typologies mixtes, montages d'opérations et procédés constructifs innovants, utilisations des technologies numériques BIM CIM et LIM, conceptions et stratégies énergétiques économes, mutualisations et mutabilités en tous genres.
