Le club Noé est une association loi 1901 créée par plusieurs structures engagées sur les nouveaux modèles économiques. Notre volonté est de développer ces modèles qui concilient développement économique, social, territorial, et environnemental. Le club Noé a ainsi pour mission de faire converger les actions de différentes structures et acteurs de cette transformation, de valoriser leur complémentarité afin de favoriser l’émergence de l'économie de la Fonctionnalité et de la coopération dans la région Hauts-de-France. Formations, groupes de travail, plénières et interventions divers, mise en réseau et accompagnements individuels et collectifs, sont autant de moyens d'action pour permettre à notre écosystème d'évoluer vers ces nouveaux modèles.
