L’Agence Locale de l’Energie et du Climat (ALEC Ouest Essonne) est une association (loi 1901) fondée en 2010 par la Communauté d’Agglomération Paris-Saclay (CAPS), devenue Communauté Paris Saclay (CPS) à l’issue de la fusion avec la Communauté d’Agglomération Europe Essonne, en Janvier 2016. Elle porte ainsi un Espace Info-Énergie (réseau créé par l’ADEME en 2001 de conseils gratuits et neutres sur la maitrise de l’énergie) pour le territoire de la CPS.
L’ALEC Ouest Essonne développe son périmètre d’intervention :
– Depuis 2017, sur le territoire de la Communauté de Communes du Dourdannais en Hurepoix (CCDH).
- Depuis 2018, sur le territoire de la Communauté de Communes du Pays de Limours (CCPL).
