    Bimbamjob is a social and solidarity company whose mission is to integrate and support towards the employment of audiences that are distant from it (long -term job seekers, RSA beneficiaries, refugees, school dropouts), through face -to -face, SMS and telephone support.
    These courses are based on the use of innovative digital tools (skills matching algorithm, automated SMS conversation systems under Big Data) and on a pedagogy oriented on the expectations of recruiters and adapted to the diversity of supported profiles, in order to respond to the brakes they encounter.
    Bimbamjob is working today with a multitude of employment actors: recruiters, communities, training organizations, companies/integration associations.
    In April 2019, Bimbamjob was awarded the 100% inclusion call for projects as part of the skills investment plan (PIC).

    BimBamJob est une entreprise sociale et solidaire qui a pour mission d'intégrer et d’accompagner vers l'emploi des publics qui en sont éloignés (demandeurs d'emploi longue durée, bénéficiaires du RSA, réfugiés, décrocheurs scolaires), au travers de parcours d'accompagnement en présentiel, par SMS et au téléphone.
    Ces parcours reposent sur l'utilisation d'outils numériques innovants (algorithme de matching par compétences, systèmes automatisés de conversations par SMS relevant du Big Data) et sur une pédagogie orientée sur les attentes des recruteurs et adaptée à la diversité des profils accompagnés, afin de répondre aux freins qu’ils rencontrent.
    BimBamJob travaille aujourd'hui avec une multitude d'acteurs de l'emploi : recruteurs, collectivités, organismes de formation, entreprises/associations d'insertion.
    En avril 2019, BimBamJob a été lauréat de l'appel à projets 100% inclusion dans le cadre du Plan d'Investissement dans les Compétences (PIC).
