Association Nationale de Défense contre la polyArthrite Rhumatoïde
L’ANDAR (Association Nationale de Défense contre l’Arthrite Rhumatoïde) est une association de patients créée en 1984, reconnue d’Utilité Publique, agréée par le Ministère pour la représentation des usagers.
Elle regroupe des personnes malades et leurs proches. Composée principalement de bénévoles, elle est présente dans de nombreuses régions pour assurer des opérations de proximité.
Ses actions sont validées par un comité de patients et de professionnels de santé et se déclinent sur 5 axes :
Formation : patients-experts (formation validante à l’ETP) et professionnels de santé (intervention dans les cursus, journée des professionnels de santé durant les Rencontres Nationales sur les Rhumatismes).
Information : réunions locales et nationales, documentations, sites d’information, de dicussion, organisation de courses pour soutenir la recherche, d’un congrès.
Etudes : éducation thérapeutique, travail économie de santé, sexualité, fatigue...
Recherche : attribution de bourses (15 à 20 000 euros/an).
Soutien : écoute téléphonique 0800 001 159, délégations régionales, assistance sociale.
