Our mission
Our mission is to connect every organization in the Elektro technology to build a better world.
Fedet (Electrical Engineering Federation) has members and independent industry associations that are active in the Elektro-technical and work-growing sector in the Netherlands. This member circle covers a large part of the market and can be expanded on the basis of the future development of supply/demand from the market with new member companies and/or independent industry associations.
Our vision
Our vision is determined by what organizations in Elektro technology are involved. We see that they operate in a world with major social issues. Issues to which an answer is needed and that both have an opportunity and a threat to organizations in the sector. We also see fragmentation in the chain, so that the value of the sector for the end customer does not yet optimally come into its own. That end customer operates in a market that is moving violently. Economic challenges, but also Technology push that movement is the only constant. We see that companies in Elektro technology are struggling with knowledge development and retention: the elderly tackle new knowledge less easily or leave the organization, the growth of young talent is too limited. In that context we see that organizations are full of hands, but also determine that they have too little traction to meet tomorrow's demand.
Our conviction
We believe that the value of technology for people and society is only increasing. And that organizations can excel in electrical technology in this market. This requires focus on their core and connection to solve branch -wide issues and to create opportunities. We are convinced that there is also room for intense cooperation in a competing market.

Onze missie
Onze missie is elke organisatie in de elektro-techniek verbinden om te bouwen aan een betere wereld.
Fedet (Federatie Elektrotechniek) heeft als leden bedrijven en zelfstandige brancheverenigingen die in Nederland actief zijn in de elektro-technische en werkbouwkundige sector. Deze ledenkring dekt een groot deel van de markt en kan aan de hand van de toekomstige ontwikkeling van vraag/aanbod uit de markt worden uitgebreid met nieuwe lid bedrijven en/of zelfstandige brancheverenigingen.
Onze visie
Onze visie wordt bepaald door hetgeen organisaties in elektro-techniek bezighoudt. We zien dat zij opereren in een wereld met grote maatschappelijke vraagstukken. Vraagstukken waar een antwoord op nodig is en die zowel een kans als een bedreiging vormen voor organisaties in de sector. We zien ook fragmentatie in de keten waardoor de waarde van de sector voor de eindklant nog niet optimaal tot z’n recht komt. Die eindklant opereert in een markt die heftig in beweging is. Economische uitdagingen, maar ook technology push maken dat beweging de enige constante is. We zien dat bedrijven in elektro-techniek worstelen met kennisontwikkeling en –behoud: ouderen pakken nieuwe kennis minder makkelijk op of verlaten de organisatie, de aanwas van jong talent is te beperkt. In die context zien we dat organisaties de handen vol hebben, maar ook vaststellen dat zij te weinig eigen tractie hebben om te voldoen aan de vraag van morgen.
Onze overtuiging
We geloven dat de waarde van techniek voor mens en maatschappij alleen maar toeneemt. En dat organisaties actief in elektro-techniek in deze markt kunnen excelleren. Dat vraagt focus op hun kern en verbinding om branchebrede vraagstukken op te lossen en kansen te creëren. We zijn er van overtuigd dat in een concurrerende markt ook plaats is voor intense samenwerking.

Positief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en bedrijfsvoering van elke organisatie actief in elektro-techniek.
