HETEL 1987an sortu zen eta, gaur egun, zerbitzu publikoa, konpromisoa, ilusioa, sormena eta elkarlana oinarritzat izanda, lanean dihardugu gazteen lan aukerak hobetzeko eta Euskadiko enpresen premiei erantzuteko asmoz. 2015ean, Lanbide Heziketaren eremuan Zilarrezko A Saria kudeaketa aurreratuari jaso duen lehen erakundea izan zen.
HETEL es una asociación de centros de Formación profesional de iniciativa social de Euskadi . Desde 1987 trabajamos con compromiso social, con ilusión, con creatividad y en cooperación, para mejorar la FP vasca con el objetivo de contribuir a la empleabilidad de nuestros jóvenes y la competitividad de nuestras empresas.
Ha sido la primera organización del ámbito de Formación Profesional que ha obtenido el premio A de plata a la gestión avanzada (2015).
