Second’ère is an association which aims to bring together economic actors from all sectors, institutional and associative to develop innovation in terms of second life and waste prevention in Occitania.

Second’ère's activity is based on three missions:

Second’ère est une association qui a vocation à rassembler des acteurs économiques de toutes les filières, institutionnels et associatifs pour développer ensemble l’innovation en matière de seconde vie et de prévention du déchet en Occitanie.
L’objectif de l’association est de faire du territoire occitan, un territoire 100% circulaire.
Le bureau est composé de :
- Valdelia – Président ;
- Merci René – Secrétaire ;
- Makiba – Trésorier.
L’activité de Second’ère repose sur trois missions :
MISSION 1 : Créer et animer une communauté engagée
- Rassembler les quatre typologies d’acteurs des différentes filières présentes en Occitanie ;
- Créer les conditions du faire et apprendre ensemble ;
- Donner les moyens à chacun d’être acteur à son niveau ;
MISSION 2 : Etudier les opportunités de réemploi, réutilisation et recyclage
- Connaître les gisements de matières disponibles au réemploi, réutilisation et au recyclage ;
- Traduire la connaissance en opportunités ;
- Communiquer et diffuser les opportunités ;
MISSION 3 : Pré-incuber des projets d’innovation
- Cadrer les projets d’innovation avec les acteurs impliqués ;
- Accompagner la réalisation d’une expérimentation mutualisée ;
- Générer un retour d’expérience et une preuve de concept le cas échéant ;
- Accompagner les projets vers leur développement et leur pérennisation.
