The company was born from the collaboration of successful entrepreneurs having previously founded the digital agency Krooga specialized in Amazon and the Angel Studio agency specialized in e-commerce conversion strategy. Blix also relies on the expertise in M&A at Goldman Sachs of one of its founders in order to carry out its acquisitions.
The company aims to acquire and develop profitable B2C brands that have strong growth potential and a leading position in their niche.
BLIX mainly targets brands in the well-being field (beauty and cosmetics, home and cooking, B2C health and hygiene, sport and leisure).
Thanks to the expertise of its founders and a perfect knowledge of marketplaces algorithm, BLIX is betting on the optimization of its brands by improving the main levers of growth and profitability: SEO, marketing campaign, supply, new distribution channels (marketplace, D2C, physical), geographical expansion.
