Geek Girls Carrots is a global grassroots organisation focused on attracting women to tech. The organization builds the local communities by organising meet-ups, workshops, and other events which gather people to share their knowledge and experience. Geek Girls Carrots brings together experienced tech specialists along with the beginners in tech. Since 2011 Geek Girls Carrots have conducted above 500 regular community Carrots Meetups, 200 workshops in Python, JavaScript, HTML, Scrum, UX and have had more than 100 media publications about women in tech. Geek Girls Carrots helps tech companies to create a female-friendly work environment and support them in recruiting women.
