Fédération Nationale Avenir et Qualité de vie des Personnes Âgées
La FNAQPA (Fédération Nationale Avenir et Qualité de vie des Personnes Agées) est l’une des principales organisations représentatives du secteur gérontologique. Agissant sur le domaine des personnes âgées, la FNAQPA rassemble des gestionnaires à la fois d’établissements et de services à domicile à but non lucratif, lui conférant une vision globale des enjeux liés au vieillissement.
En tant que tête de réseau associative
- La FNAQPA est un acteur moteur sur les démarches de DD-RSE appliquées au médicosocial. A ce titre, elle a mené un projet d’envergure sur la restauration en EHPAD, portant sur la satisfaction des résidents, la lutte contre la dénutrition et le gaspillage alimentaire, dénommé « Maison Gourmande et Responsable » et soutenu par l’ADEME et la Fédération AGIRC-ARRCO.
- La FNAQPA dispose également d’un regard international sur le thème des politiques de soutien au vieillissement, à travers sa participation active au Réseau Européen du Vieillissement (European Ageing Network), dont elle est membre du bureau exécutif.
- La FNAQPA est force de proposition sur des réflexions d’avenir quant à l’évolution du modèle d’accompagnement des personnes âgées et la construction de réponses agiles qui s’adaptent tant aux besoins et attentes des personnes qu’à la spécificité du territoire.
