FEDEPE (Spanish Federation of Directors, Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurs) is a Federation of Women Directives and Entrepreneurs who since 1987 work to promote female leadership.

FEDEPE (Federación Española de Mujeres Directicas, Ejecutivas, Profesionales y Empresarias) es una federación de mujeres directivas y empresarias que desde 1987 trabajan para impulsar el liderazgo femenino.

Nuestras herramientas de trabajo son la construcción de conciencia social, la creación de redes de colaboración y cooperación de mujeres, la formación continua, el empoderamiento, y ser agentes activos del cambio hacia un modelo empresarial de liderazgo más cercano a los valores femeninos participando en foros académicos, institucionales y empresariales.
