    The Gypsy Secretariat Foundation (FSG) is a non -profit social entity that provides services for the development of the gypsy community throughout the Spanish territory and in the European sphere.

    Our mission is the integral promotion of the gypsy community from respecting its cultural identity. This mission aims to support the access of gypsy people to the rights, services and social resources on equal terms with the rest of the citizenship. For this we develop all kinds of actions that contribute to reaching the full citizenship of gypsy people, to improve their living conditions, to promote equal treatment and to avoid all forms of discrimination, as well as to maximize the maximum recognition, support and development of their cultural identity.

    Our programs and services are conceived with a pragmatic work approach, aimed at producing real changes in the life of gypsy people, focusing on employment, education, housing and health without forgetting the fight against discrimination. In addition, we have a clear will to influence society and policies aimed at the gypsy community and, in general, towards the most disadvantaged.

    La Fundación Secretariado Gitano (FSG) es una entidad social sin ánimo de lucro que presta servicios para el desarrollo de la comunidad gitana en todo el territorio Español y en el ámbito europeo.

    Nuestra misión es la promoción integral de la comunidad gitana desde el respeto a su identidad cultural. Esta misión pretende apoyar el acceso de las personas gitanas a los derechos, servicios y recursos sociales en igualdad de condiciones con el resto de la ciudadanía.Para ello desarrollamos todo tipo de acciones que contribuyan a alcanzar la plena ciudadanía de las personas gitanas, a mejorar sus condiciones de vida, a promover la igualdad de trato y a evitar toda forma de discriminación, así como a potenciar al máximo el reconocimiento, apoyo y desarrollo de su identidad cultural.

    Nuestros programas y servicios están concebidos con un enfoque de trabajo pragmático, orientados a producir cambios reales en la vida de las personas gitanas, poniendo el foco en empleo, educación, vivienda y salud sin olvidar la lucha contra la discriminación. Además, tenemos una clara voluntad de influir en la sociedad y en las políticas dirigidas a la comunidad gitana y, en general, hacia los más desfavorecidos.
