Crée pour développer et promouvoir la simulation numérique haute performance, cette Technopole déploie ses moyens pour accroitre et diffuser les connaissances et enrichir les compétences et les services, dans le domaine du calcul intensif au bénéfice de la recherche, des industriels et des entreprises de l’informatique. La Technopole TER@TEC comprend
• Le TGCC (Très Grand Centre de calcul du CEA) sera équipé des machines du CCRT et de la machine Européenne PRACE.
• Le Campus TER@TEC hébergera fin 2011 des industriels et des chercheurs au sein de laboratoires industrie-recherche, de plateformes de services et d’une structure de formation niveau Master.
