AMIES (Agence pour les Mathématiques en Interaction avec l'Entreprise et la Société) a pour tutelles l’université Grenoble Alpes, le CNRS et l'Inria. AMIES mène des actions pour dynamiser les collaborations maths et entreprises et plus largement tout partenaires sociaux-économiques à travers différents "programmes" :
- Les PEPS (Projet Exploratoire Premier Soutien) qui permettent de co-financer des collaborations entre des partenaires académiques et des partenaires sociaux-économiques,
- Le Forum Entreprises & Mathématiques, événement annuel qui créé des synergies entre entreprises, Formations et étudiant-e-s en maths à travers des conférences, ateliers et stands.
- Les SEMES (Semaine d’Étude Mathématiques, Entreprises et Société) qui réunissent plusieurs fois par an des doctorant-e-s qui travaillent sur des sujets innovants en maths proposés par les entreprises ou un partenaire sociaux économique.
AMIES est également le représentant français du réseau européen pour les maths-industrie EU-Maths-In, http://eu-maths-in.eu/ créée en 2013.
