Le Défi Clé RHyO est porté par la Communauté d'universités et établissements de Toulouse, qui rassemble 15 établissements d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche, au service de la science et de la société.
Ce Défi Clé est l’un des 15 Défis Clés soutenus par la Région Occitanie pour accompagner les chercheurs d’Occitanie dans les domaines stratégiques et porteurs d’avenir. La Région Occitanie le finance à hauteur de 3 millions d’euros.
