Le CNFETP est l’organisme national, de référence et missionné par le SGEC, pour la formation des équipes pédagogiques des établissements privés (confessionnels et non confessionnels) de l’enseignement technologique et professionnel (ETP).
Créé en 1972 à l’initiative des Chefs d’établissement de l’UNETP, le CNFETP est aujourd’hui garant d’une expertise de formation reliée aux problématiques spécifiquement identifiées de l’ETP. Il s’attache à reconnaître l’identité des enseignants et des formateurs, ainsi que la particularité des situations pédagogiques vécues et des publics accueillis. Il participe au développement du lien avec le monde professionnel et prend en compte les évolutions métiers.
Son rayonnement lui permet de proposer une offre de formation initiale et continue, en proximité, dans toute la France : des parcours de formation sur catalogue pour accueillir sereinement les réformes et se perfectionner tout au long de sa carrière, une préparation transversale et disciplinaire à l’entrée dans le métier, des dispositifs de formation sur mesure au sein d’un établissement (Intra) ou de plusieurs établissements (Inter).
Le CNFETP est structuré autour de trois sites (Lille, Lyon et Nantes) et déploie ses formations, au plus proche des besoins, dans trois grandes régions géographiques. Chaque année, nos 200 formateurs accompagnent près de 6000 enseignants dans leur parcours professionnel.
