Signs of meaning is an association that imagines and experiences, with a large network of actors, tools and inclusive services to allow the effective participation of people with disabilities.
Education, training, culture, transport, citizenship, health, prevention, ... Since 2003 we have been working on all themes with 2 constants:
& gt; A vision: disability is a lever for innovation and performance for the whole company
& gt; A method: inclusive social design that puts user at the center of an analysis and creativity process and mobilizes all stakeholders.
We work with:
- Companies, public and private, to help them progress on the subject of disability and make employment more accessible, but also to put the handicap at the center of an innovation strategy products and services in universal design
- communities to support them in the construction of a concerted handicap policy with field players and coordinated on their territory, but also to develop public policies built with people with disabilities and efficient for all citizens in the logic of universal conception
- the medico-social structures that we support in the transformation of their offer and their organization as part of the inclusive turn and uninstitutionalization or on improvement in the support path of people (new professional practices or new tools).
By working on the one hand with the actors of the common law company to develop inclusive services and products and by accompanying the medico-social on the other hand in its inclusive turn, we ultimately bring together these two actors in the service of better inclusion of people!

Signes de sens est une association qui imagine et expérimente, avec un large réseau d'acteurs, des outils et des services inclusifs pour permettre la participation effective des personnes en situation de handicap.
éducation, formation, culture, transport, citoyenneté, santé, prévention, ... Depuis 2003 nous travaillons sur tous les thèmes avec 2 constantes :
> une vision : le handicap est un levier d’innovation et de performance pour toute la société
> une méthode : le design social inclusif qui met l’usager au centre d’un processus d’analyse et de créativité et mobilise toutes les parties prenantes.
Nous travaillons avec :
- les entreprises, publiques et privées, pour les aider à progresser sur le sujet du handicap et rendre l’emploi plus accessible, mais aussi pour mettre le handicap au centre d’une stratégie d’innovation produits et services en conception universelle
- les collectivités pour les accompagner dans la construction d’une politique du handicap concertée avec les acteurs terrain et coordonnée sur leur territoire, mais aussi pour développer des politiques publiques construites avec les personnes en situation de handicap et performante pour tous les citoyens dans la logique de la conception universelle
- le structures médico-sociales que nous accompagnons dans la transformation de leur offre et de leur organisation dans le cadre du virage inclusif et de la désinstitutionnalisation ou sur des amélioration du parcours d’accompagnement des personnes (nouvelles pratiques professionnelles ou nouveaux outils).
En travaillant d’un côté avec les acteurs de la société de droit commun pour développer des services et produits inclusifs et en accompagnant de l’autre côté le médico-social dans son virage inclusif, nous réunissons finalement ces deux acteurs au service d’une meilleur inclusion des personnes !
