For more than 50 years, the Fondation AMIPI - Bernard Vendre has been enabling people with cognitive disabilities to progress through manual work and find their place in the workplace.
6 UPAI®, Learning factories, in the Pays de Loire and Centre Val de Loire regions, currently employ around 700 cognitively-impaired operators in electrical wiring for the automotive, textile and electronics industries.

The Foundation is the work of one man, Maurice Vendre, who died in January 2014, and whose vision inspires the Foundation's work more than ever.

Depuis 60 ans, la Fondation AMIPI - Bernard Vendre permet à des personnes en situation de handicap cognitif de progresser par le travail manuel et de trouver leur place en entreprise.
Ses 6 usines apprenantes et inclusives situées en régions Pays de Loire et Centre-Val de Loire, emploient 700 opérateurs en situation de handicap cognitif, dans des activités de câblage électrique pour l'industrie automobile, de textile, d'électronique et de seconde vie.

Depuis 60 ans, la Fondation AMIPI permet à des personnes en situation de handicap cognitif de progresser par le travail manuel et de trouver leur place en entreprise. 6 Usines apprenantes et inclusives® emploient aujourd'hui environ 700 opérateurs en situation de handicap, dans diverses activités manufacturières de pointe : câblage, textile, assemblage industriel, électronique, conditionnement.
