Cartogram is a Toronto based web design and development studio run by Matthew Seccafien and Fiona McDougall.

Unlike most studios intent on rapid growth, we strive to stay small. Being smaller means we can work with our clients in a very focused and intimate way.

All of our projects start with a strong conceptual foundation based on our clients’ individual needs. Our level of responsiveness is high and communication is quick and efficient. We have more control over our schedule – there is more time for research and meeting with clients face to face – and our clients appreciate the fact that we're with them every step of the way from conversation, to visualization, realization to investigation and beyond. Remaining lean also ensures that we are versatile, dynamic and always on our toes. The web landscape is constantly changing, so we are always learning and we pride ourselves in employing the most progressive technologies to execute engaging designs.
