The Harvard International Review is a quarterly journal focusing on international affairs, founded in 1973. The HIR is sold in over 50 countries and has featured the perspectives of two former US Presidents and three UN Secretaries General, in addition to numerous other politicians, officials, and international relations experts across the globe.
