Elle est constituée de citoyens compétents, pluridisciplinaires et engagés civiquement mais non partisans politiquement.
Créée en janvier 2011, la Fabrique Spinoza est une association non-lucrative visant à favoriser le bonheur citoyen. Déclaré l’un des 12 principaux think-tanks français par « Acteurs Publics », celui-ci est aussi Correspondant en France de « Wikiprogress », projet de mesure du bien-être sociétal hébergé par l’OCDE, et Coordonnateur d’une commission de l’ONU visant à déployer la résolution 065/39 sur le bien-être comme finalité du développement. Il est enfin membre de la Commission Présidentielle dite « Attali II » pour l’Economie Positive.
