IMPACT A DEUX NIVEAUX
Les entreprises dans lesquelles ALTER EQUITY3P II investit se caractérisent par:
- leur activité : leurs produits ou services répondent à un enjeu social ou environnemental majeur. En pratique, ces activités recoupent les Objectifs de Développement Durable (« ODD ») de l’ONU; et
- leurs pratiques de gestion : elles s’engagent dans une dynamique de progrès en matière de responsabilité sociale et environnementale dans la conduite des affaires par la mise en œuvre d’un plan d’action dédié, appelé Business Plan Extra-Financier (BPEF).
Le deuxième fonds levé, ALTER EQUITY3P II, est particulièrement ambitieux en termes d’impact, dans la continuité des résultats du fonds précédent:
- 1,6 million de tonnes de CO2 ont été évitées depuis l’entrée au capital des participations grâce à leur activité. A titre de comparaison, les émissions annuelles de la France s’élèvent à 450 millions de tonnes;
- 92% des participations du fonds I ont respecté les objectifs du BPEF à plus de 90%; et
- 1/3 des entreprises dans lesquelles le Fonds a investi sont dirigées par des femmes, ce qui nous semble également constituer un record parmi les fonds d’investissement français.
