To respond to the geographical opening claimed by the HRDs, the club also created two recurring events:
- The University of Summer which for two days unrolls a conference program around a specific theme, in a different city each year: Brussels, Marseille, Reims, Arras, Avignon for previous editions and Marseille for the 2013 edition.
- Decidrh Meetings - La Baule: a tailor -made event during which the HRD meet experts who provide solutions to their problem of the moment.
The decidrh club now has a network of 250 members. More than 1,200 decision -makers of the different human resources function have already participated in its events.

Le Club DéciDRH propose aux décideurs des Ressources Humaines de pouvoir échanger et s’enrichir via des sujets RH d’actualité mis en parallèle avec d’autres univers.
Avec cette « marque de fabrique » : une approche originale, décalée et en toute convivialité, le club a déjà organisé de nombreux événements :
- Des soirées décalées: Rugby & RH, Joaillerie & RH, Gastronomie & RH, Polo & RH, Parfums & RH, Architecture & RH, Opéra et RH, Musée et RH...
- Des colloques thématiques : Séquestration et gestion de crise avec le GIGN, De l’intelligence économique à l’intelligence des Ressources Humaines, Courage et Ethique à l’état-major de la Marine Nationale, Performance de la fonction RH : Quelles formes d’organisation pour l’améliorer, Digital RH à l'atelier BNP Paribas...
Pour répondre à l’ouverture géographique réclamée par les DRH, le Club a également créé deux événements récurrents :
- L’Université d’Eté qui pendant deux jours déroule un programme de conférences autour d’un thème précis, dans une ville différente chaque année : Bruxelles, Marseille, Reims, Arras, Avignon pour les précédentes éditions et Marseille pour l’édition 2013.
- Les Rencontres DéciDRH - La Baule : Un événement sur-mesure pendant lequel les DRH rencontrent des experts qui apportent des solutions à leur problématique du moment.
Le Club DéciDRH compte aujourd’hui un réseau de 250 membres. Plus de 1 200 décideurs de la fonction Ressources Humaines différents ont déjà participé à ses événements.
