Le centre ressource coordonne les actions des centres référents implantés sur les régions Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes et Nouvelle-Aquitaine : C3R à Grenoble, REHACOOR42 à St Etienne, CL3R à Lyon, C2RL à Limoges et C2RP à Bruges. Il travaille également en lien avec les centres de proximité sur les territoires de santé.

*La réhabilitation psychosociale est une approche thérapeutique destinée à favoriser le rétablissement des personnes souffrant de troubles psychiques. Elle vise à : permettre à la personne de prendre conscience de ses ressources personnelles, de les utiliser au mieux et de les renforcer ; accompagner la personne dans la construction de son projet de vie (lien social, remise au travail, projet de logement, etc.).
Différents outils sont utilisés :
- remédiation cognitive : travail sur la mémoire, l'attention, les fonctions exécutives, la cognition sociale, etc.
- éducation thérapeutique : groupes de discussions sur le rétablissement, la gestion des symptômes, etc.
- entraînement des compétences sociales;
- construction d'un projet social et/ou professionnel;
- soutien des aidants;
- accompagnement vers une insertion professionnelle en milieu ordinaire ou protégé.
