Au quotidien, notre action s’appuie sur l’engagement des équipes pédagogiques dans nos lycées partenaires, aux côtés des marraines et des ambassadrices/ambassadeurs, collaborateur.trice.s volontaires dans les entreprises adhérentes.
En presque 12 ans, notre association a accompagné plus de 12 000 jeunes femmes en mentorat et accueilli près de 42 000 élèves dans nos ateliers collectifs de sensibilisation à l’impact des stéréotypes de genre.
