Our mission is to offer the $120bn, and growing, stablecoin market instruments that not only meet the convenience and benefits of existing stablecoins, but are fundamentally superior due to the innate legal protection and inherent returns generated by real-world assets

As background there are 5 properties that stablecoins have that tokenised securities haven't quite mastered:

1. It can be freely and fractionally traded on demand in liquidity pools, centralised exchanges, and OTC desks

2. It can serve as on-chain collateral to borrow fiat and other digital assets against

3. It can be used as a remittance instrument to send value from one person or another

4. It can be used as a payment instrument to purchase goods from merchants, and assets from markets.

5. It is a convenient and easily accessible/understood instrument to hedge my local fiat currency risk with

Tokenised Securities however have 2 fundamental advantages over stablecoins:

1. They generate a return for the holder

2. They are generally regulated instruments with legally enforceable protection for holders

We, through our regulatory and technical IP in RainFin and the XCAP Network enable the creation of tokenised real-world-assets that not only have these 2 native advantages over stablecoins, but we also enable all 5 of the properties that make stablecoins so useful and desirable globally.
