Spécialisés dans la conception et l'animation d'environnements de travail apprenants, inspirants et heureux depuis 2016, la Colloc s'est donnée comme ambition de contribuer à faire évoluer le monde du travail vers des modèles plus responsables.
Notre approche se base sur une vision : les espaces sont un levier puissant de transformation de l’entreprise. Ce sont des outils au service de la création de lien, qui doivent incarner une stratégie et des engagements sociaux et environnementaux.
Nos activités se basent sur 3 piliers :
- Gestion de 3 000m2 d’espaces de travail partagés pour repenser notre rapport au travail et proposer des espaces adaptés aux nouvelles manières de travailler en Bretagne Sud à Lorient et la Trinité sur Mer.
- Animation d’un réseau professionnel de plus de 700 membres de tout le Grand Ouest pour partager, apprendre et créer des synergies professionnelles.
- Transmission de notre savoir-faire : Nous accompagnons des entreprises dans leur projet de transformation de leur environnement de travail (espaces + communication interne) via du conseil et des formations.
