Transatlantic Perspectives for Deeptech
La Synapse is the transatlantic Deeptech accelerator of the Office for Science and Technology (OST) of the Embassy of France in the United States.
The name of La Synapse illustrates our action: we weave deep links and generate dynamic interconnections at the interface of innovation and economy, research and entrepreneurship, science and technology, France and the United States.
La Synapse’s activities are structured around 7 key geographical locations, 10 thematic competencies and 4 training, immersion and networking programs; our most valuable asset is our exceptional human capital composed of the OST and the French research institutions represented at the Embassy (CNRS, INSERM, CEA, CNES et INRAE), as well as our network of researchers, entrepreneurs and industry executives across France and the USA.
La Synapse aims to promote France as the go-to technological partner for stakeholders in the United States, to build bridges between deeptech communities on both sides of the Atlantic, and to foster international cooperation to help solve tomorrow’s major global challenges.
La Synapse explores the extraordinary possibilities that emerge when borders disappear and brilliant minds come together.
