Mysezame is a qualiopi certified training organization and ESUS. And we are recognized 1% for the Planet, which means that we pay 1% of our annual turnover to associations working in favor of environmental protection.
In 2022, we joined the KEA group, aligned on the same vision of what the desirable economy is, in order to offer our customers support that combines upstream acculturation, the implementation of deep transformation plan, through the ability to strategically rethink business models.

Notre raison d’être est de créer une bascule des individus dans l’entreprise pour les engager à refondre collectivement les modèles d’affaires et de réussite, afin de rendre l’économie soutenable, durable et inclusive.
Nous sommes convaincus que, face aux défis sociaux et environnementaux actuels, l’entreprise a un rôle prépondérant à jouer.
Et nous voyons ces défis comme des leviers business pour innover, se différencier et performer.
Nous avons développé deux approches métier complémentaires :
• La bascule des entreprises par la tête de l'organisation, au travers de l’accompagnement stratégique des directions générales (définition de la stratégie RSE, accompagnement vers la société à mission...)
• La bascule des entreprises par le corps social, au travers de l’engagement massif des collaborateurs via des programmes de formation à grande échelle (programmes sur mesure en ligne et ateliers de réflexion en présentiel...)
