Doctorate students in computer science are theoretically and practically for future management tasks with the Campus software. Software Campus: Der Accelerator für Leadership-Talente
Promotionsstudierende der Informatik bereiten sich mit dem Software Campus theoretisch und praktisch auf künftige Führungsaufgaben vor. Die Teilnehmenden forschen zusammen mit einem Unternehmen ca. zwei Jahre an realen Anwendungsfällen und führen dabei ihr eigenes Team. Außerdem bauen sie in Trainings neues Wissen zu Management und Führung auf und werden von erfahrenen Manager*innen in einem Mentoring begleitet.
Insgesamt 18 Universitäten, Forschungseinrichtungen und Unternehmen gestalten den Software Campus gemeinsam, das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) fördert das Programm.
