    Together towards sustainable real estate

    Founded in 2015 by two engineers, Julien Bruneau and Quentin Enard, iQspot is the partner of choice for real estate investors to co-develop a sustainable real estate strategy.

    iQspot collects and analyzes in real time the energy and water consumption data, comfort indicators and renewable energy production of buildings. To deploy its comprehensive solution, the company combines three expertises: the in-house development of a SaaS platform, the deployment of IoT sensors on buildings’ meters and its expertise in energy management.

    The solution is aimed at asset management companies, real-estate companies and institutional investors, to help them better understand, decarbonize and automatically control their buildings and/or commercial real-estate assets, enabling them to achieve 16% energy savings without work in the first year, and up to 30% with automatic remote control of equipment.

    To date, iQspot monitors more than 5 million sqm in real time, in five countries (France, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium and Spain). Founded in 2015, the company counts today 32 employees in its offices in Bordeaux and Paris, all dedicated to the company’s mission to accelerate the sustainable real estate transition.

    En combinant le développement d’une plateforme SaaS, le déploiement de capteurs IoT sur les compteurs des bâtiments et son expertise en energy management, iQspot collecte et analyse, en continu et en temps réel, les données de consommation en énergie et en eau, les indicateurs de confort et la production d'énergie renouvelable des bâtiments.

    iQspot accompagne au quotidien les sociétés de gestion, foncières, et investisseurs institutionnels dans la compréhension, la décarbonation et le pilotage automatique de leurs bâtiments. Sa solution permet d’impliquer l’ensemble des parties prenantes, des investisseurs aux locataires, et d’atteindre 16% d’économies d’énergie sans investissement.

    À ce jour, iQspot suit plus de 5 millions de m2 en temps réel, dans 6 pays en Europe. Fondée en 2015, l’entreprise compte aujourd’hui 32 collaborateurs dans ses bureaux à Bordeaux et Paris, tous impliqués pour accélérer la transition immobilière durable.
