    Urban&You est une start up créée en 2016 spécialisée dans le développement d'outils numériques innovants pour l'urbanisme et les projets immobiliers.

    Urban&You a développé un outil de simulation en ligne qui donne accès aux règles d’urbanisme et permet de calculer la capacité foncière d’une parcelle.
    Cette solution logicielle innovante permet de transformer un PLU (plan local d’urbanisme) en surfaces constructibles et maquette 3D.
    A partir d’une analyse cartographique et d’un codage des règles d’urbanisme par parcelle, l’algorithme développé permet un calcul automatique et optimal des surfaces constructibles en fonction du type de bâtiment choisi.

    Urban&You s’adresse à tous les acteurs du marché immobilier : professionnels, collectivités et particuliers.

    Ce nouvel outil de travail permet aux :
