I provide a flexible and affordable alternative for businesses that need access to high-level expertise but don't want to hire a full-time COO or CFO.

I started consulting wanting to share the extensive experience I gained solving problems and leading teams that made significant break-throughs in developing unique solutions to problems and improving day-to-day operational effectiveness through training personnel to use software/systems correctly to eliminating inefficiencies.
