60 member companies and independent experts representing actors in the payment industry: expert consultants, digital service companies, fintech ’, banks and credit and electronic currency establishments
1 advice and 11 working groups allow members to share and participate in the development of useful work for the sector. The groups present the report of their work each month.
This forum aims, in support of the orientations, decisions and communication of the European and national authorities, and various associations, councils and European and national committees specializing in payments, to:
- relay their messages to all actors in the payments and all the providers and advice concerned, in France and in Europe,
- Promote a coherent and homogeneous interpretation of regulations and the implementation of a European strategy in payments,
- Foster the abolition of national specificities and barriers of various payment methods and systems for the benefit of European approaches and without "seams", a migration to the real time and digital of these payment systems, technological innovation and industrial and banking consolidation in the payments sector,
- Facilitate the exchange of experience at European level with the various associations and public or private actors, concerned by these developments, and actively promote the creation of a European forum in the field of payments, a "European Payments Forum"

60 entreprises membres et experts indépendants représentant les acteurs de l’industrie du paiement : consultants experts, entreprises de services numériques, fintech’, banques et établissements de crédit et de monnaie électronique
1 conseil et 11 groupes de travail permettent aux membres de partager et de participer à l’élaboration de travaux utiles pour le secteur. Les groupes présentent le compte-rendu de leurs travaux chaque mois.
Ce Forum vise, en appui des orientations, des décisions et de la communication des Autorités européennes et nationales, et des diverses associations, conseils et comités européens et nationaux spécialisés dans les paiements, à :
- relayer leurs messages auprès de l’ensemble des acteurs de la chaîne des paiements et de tous les prestataires et conseils concernés, en France et en Europe,
- favoriser une interprétation cohérente et homogène de la réglementation et la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie européenne dans les paiements,
- favoriser la suppression des spécificités et barrières nationales des divers modes et systèmes de paiement au profit d’approches européennes et sans « coutures », une migration au temps réel et au digital de ces systèmes de paiement, l’innovation technologique et une consolidation industrielle et bancaire dans le secteur des paiements,
- faciliter l’échange d’expérience au plan européen avec les diverses associations et acteurs publics ou privés, concernées par ces évolutions, et favoriser activement la création d’un forum européen dans le domaine des paiements, un « EUROPEAN PAYMENTS FORUM »
